LeadUp wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built out of real frustration — and a refusal to accept that contractors deserve less than full visibility into their own businesses.

Where It Started
The spreadsheets were everywhere.
The answers were nowhere.

Every contractor we talked to had the same story. Five spreadsheets open at once. Numbers that didn't add up. A gut feeling about where the business stood — but no actual data to back it up.

They knew their revenue. Most of the time. But did they know their job-level margins? Which leads were converting? Whether they were on pace to hit their goal? Whether the business could afford to hire another rep?
